Bradford-Leeds Souldance is a volunteer group who organise and host 5 Rhythms classes with several different teachers. We have a regular class on Friday evenings - alternating between Leeds and Bradford - and also organise occasional day or weekend workshops. 5 Rhythms is an ecstatic movement and dance practice originated by Gabrielle Roth. On this website, you'll find details of our forthcoming classes, as well as information and discussion on 5 Rhythms and related subjects. Anyone can read the website, but if you want to contribute you'll have to create an account (which is free and easy to do). Enjoy.
