Using the map of the 5 Rhythms, theatre games and play we will embrace our bodies, explore space and the interplay between ’being, seeing and being seen’. Come and spend a day in Deep Play- it’s fundamental to a happy life!

Kate Engineer has been teaching the Rhythms for over 15 years. She brings her background in contemporary dance and choreography to her work.

For this workshop to run a minimum of 13 people need to book.

Previous experience of at least one waves class or workshop is necessary.
Please bring food to share, lots of water, layers of clothing and be prepared to dance in bare feet.
